We ship every NeeDoh squish from Belgium, with care and tracking.
- EU delivery time: 3–5 business days.
- Free EU shipping on orders over €40.
- Standard EU shipping: €4.95 flat for orders under €40.
- Tracking: You'll get a tracking link the moment your squish ships.
- Outside the EU: Not yet — but sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.
Heads up: please double-check that the rates and free-shipping threshold above match the real values in your Shopify shipping settings before you publicly promote them.
↩ Returns
Squish not your vibe? No problem.
- 30-day window: Return any unused squish within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with packaging intact.
- How to start a return: Email us at needohtoys@outlook.com with your order number and we'll send you instructions.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund you within 5 business days to your original payment method.
- Damaged on arrival? Email us with a photo and we'll replace it free of charge — no return needed.
